Who can Join
JOIN NOW! If you are 55 or older, you are eligible to become a member of the Evergreen Club for a nominal fee, payable yearly. The Club, under the direction of the Courtenay Recreational Association, provides a wide range of Activities and Programs for you at the Florence Filberg Centre in downtown Courtenay.

Club activities & Programs
Instructional programs generally include a registration fee and discounts are offered to Club members. Club activities are available to Evergreen members. Click here for a daily view of our activities and programs.
Newsletters & News
Our newsletters are printed monthly with the exception of the July/August issue, which is a combined issue. Copies are available the last Tuesday of each month at the entry to the lounge and are available online here.
Food Services
Relax! Our Kitchen volunteers will be happy to sell you a cup of coffee or tea with one of our famous muffins, or you can have soup and sandwiches and other goodies at a very reasonable cost. We’re open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Soup and sandwiches are served from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. (In July and August the kitchen is not open on Saturday.)
